Gibralfaro Castle is a 14th-century fortress built to accommodate troops and protect the Alcazaba, located in the historic center of Málaga, specifically about 130 meters above sea level, crowning Gibralfaro Hill, a mountain covered by a dense forest of pine and eucalyptus trees.
